Lunch and Learn | (Bring Your Own, Lunch Not Provided) - Attendees are invited to bring lunch to the workshop. Pre-packaged snack samples will be provided to in-person attendees.

Whether you choose snacks for yourself, your office team or your family, food choices have a major impact on your energy, mood, and overall wellness. This presentation will include balanced diet basics, an overview of healthy snack choices, and actionable methods to help align food choices with health goals.
