Show Your Boxer Spirit on Athletic Giving Days
Calling all sports fans!
Pacific University is hosting its first ever Athletic Giving Days from 8 a.m. Oct. 20 to 8 p.m. Oct. 21.
The inaugural Athletic Giving Days is an opportunity for alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends to support Pacific’s student-athletes, the Athletic Department, and their favorite sports teams and clubs.
Many Pacific students find a second home in the Athletic Department by participating in one of the more than 25 varsity, junior varsity and club sports offered. Our student-athletes are supported by Athletics in their pursuit of academic excellence, personal growth and physical well-being.
During this 36-hour giving challenge, visit pacificu.edu/BoxersGive to make a gift, take advantage of challenges and matches offered by other donors, or become a Boxer Advocate yourself to spread the message even wider!
Transform student-athletes’ lives with a gift to the Athletic Director’s Fund, your favorite sports team or club, or even renew your Boxer Club membership.
Our goal is to receive gifts from 250 donors over this two-day event, so spread the word to fellow alumni, family and friends, and use our social media tool kit to download images to share on your feeds in support of your favorite sports team.
Use the hashtag #BoxersGive to share your favorite Pacific athletics story or memory with your social media network.
“Your support directly assists in the development of our new sports programs and enhances the experience of our student-athletes,” said Keith Buckley, director of Athletics. “As the new director of Athletics, my goal is to continue to build a competitive and positive environment for student-athletes to grow and get the most out of their Pacific experience.”
