The Student Counseling Center Is Here for Students

The Student Counseling Center (SCC) is available to support students in taking care of their mental health in 2021. SCC encourages students to start their semester off with wellness routines such as getting adequate sleep, moving their bodies, eating fruits and vegetables, and connecting with friends and meaningful community — all of these are a part of contributing to academic success and overall psychological well-being.

The SCC offers appointments with a counselor as well as online resources to empower students with mental health information and tools. Call 503-352-2191 or email counselingcenter@pacificu.edu to arrange a teletherapy appointment, including same day virtual walk-in appointments available Monday through Friday at noon for students with urgent concerns. The SCC 24/7 Support and Crisis Line at 503-352-2999 is available to all students, regardless of location, for access to immediate and confidential mental health support.
