System Outage Scheduled December for Colleague Platform Upgrade
Pacific will be migrating the Colleague system from its current platform to one that will use SQL Server as the backend database and Windows for the operating system. This migration will require a system outage between Dec. 3 and 7 to complete the Colleague SQL Migration. Production systems including Colleague, BoxerOnline, Self-Service, and TouchNet will be taken offline starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 and will be unavailable until the morning of Monday, Dec. 7.
What This Means for Students, Faculty and Staff
Access to BoxerOnline, Self Service, and other systems tied to Colleague will not be available to students and employees during this process. Services that will be unavailable during that time include viewing/submitting final grades outside of Moodle, transcript viewing and ordering, or the ability to make payments through Self-Service.
