Roman completed her undergrad and doctor of pharmacy degrees at the University of Pittsburgh, then worked for five years as a staff hospital pharmacist. She eventually became interested in emergency medicine and went back to complete a residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General before completing a two-year clinical toxicology fellowship at the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center in Tucson.

Their article, “Development of an International Geriatric-focused Clinical Experience,” was published as a report from the Global Health for Aging Adults SIG and discusses a partnership between a local not-for-profit organization, the Jessie F. Richardson Foundation, and Pacific University.
Sitting in her office in Coos Bay, Ore., Pacific MBA alumna, Angila Petris, MBA is employed in her dream job. After completing her Pacific MBA in 2017 she moved with her husband to Coos Bay where, after a stint working as a Staff Accountant at a CPA firm, she began her current role as the Director of Finance for the South Coast Education Service District.
