William "Bill" Romley ’76 Inducted into High School Hall of Fame

William “Bill” Romley ’76 was inducted into the East Bakersfield High School Hall of Fame in Bakersfield, Calif., in March 2022.

Romley was an educator and coach for the Kern High School District for 38 years during which time he was instrumental in developing several special education programs.
