The first week I arrived at Pacific in late summer 1970, I was 18 years old and excited for the opportunity to establish myself as a serious student. My roommate, however, was much more excited about meeting new people (boys) and finding social opportunities (parties).
Scheduled for 7 p.m. Feb. 21 in the Taylor-Meade Performing Arts Center, the multimedia drag experience confronts white supremacy and the confusion of "mixed" identities, particularly sexually and racially. Tickets are $10 at the door and free for Pacific students with ID.
