A music scholarship at Pacific opened artistic doors for Leiana Petlewski ’21 and helped ignite their creative passion. Leiana plays the cello in the symphonic orchestra and is a member of the dance ensemble. Now a junior, Petlewski is majoring in applied theatre and dance.

Shaun Keylock '15 was commissioned to create a world premiere dance performance by White Bird, the Portland-based performance advocacy organization. Keylock graduated from Pacific University in 2015 with majors in dance and art history.
Pacific's premier dance showcase comes to the the Tom Miles Theatre at Warner Hall for three nights, April 25, 26 and 27, at 7:30 p.m.
Healey is taking part in an Skinner/Kirk Dance Ensemble that will perform March 23 - April 1 at BodyVox Dance Center in Northwest Portland.

Olin Blackmore ’15 is spending his senior year as involved as possible — as Student Senate President, dancer, actor and researcher — thanks to the support of the scholarships that made his Pacific education possible.
Her hand tapped the microphone as she began to speak about the importance of hula to a culture where it is not commonly practiced. Her voice sang the words of her hula expressions, and her movements suggested the beauty that followed.
