2019 DPT Scholarship Awardees
The Physical Therapy Program would like to congratulate 2019 scholarship awardees, who were selected based on a variety of criteria including professional involvement, leadership endeavors, community service, and academic and clinical standing, among others.
For the second year in a row, School of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training students volunteered for Community Action, a non-profit organization that assists residents of Washington County in need.  During their annual benefit, Kaleidoscope, our students assisted by registering guests and processing gifts. 
Michael Gable MSPT ’02, DPT ’03 is the author of Beyond Tape: The Guide to Climbing Injury Treatment and Prevention, which was recently featured in Rock and Ice, a magazine devoted to rock and ice climbing and mountaineering.
Oregon’s first National Advocacy Dinner was held on March 7th at Pacific University.National Advocacy Dinners help students engage in advocacy for the physical therapy profession.
Several physical therapy faculty, alumni and students presented their work at the 2019 Oregon Physical Therapy Association – Annual Conference in Portland.
