Emman Parian ’20 started working as program manager for the immunization program at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, in June 2022.
Her junior year at Pacific, Marge (Putman) Lanthier '60 met Herb Berreth OD '60, an optometry student living in the Forest Grove Fire Hall. They dated for nearly one-year and were married between terms their senior year.

In a remarkable convergence of talent, passion and academic backgrounds, seven Pacific alumni  were among the scores of people who helped make the acclaimed stop-motion film in Portland. The film took about three years to create and was released Dec. 9. It won the Academy Award for best animated film. 
Rosalie Goode '15
Rosalie Goode ’15 became a dental hygienist through Pacific University’s School of Dental Hygiene. Now, thanks to a statewide pilot program at Pacific, she has become the first licensed member of a new cohort of mid-level dental provider in Oregon. 
Carl Boeck '75
Pacific University Alumnus Carl Boeck '75 enlisted after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 and went on to deliver the gift of sight to people in places around the world where the military was conducting civil affairs work.
Pete Truax ’83, mayor of Forest Grove and long-time city councilman, received an honor from the Oregon League of Cities at its 97th annual conference in Bend, Ore.
