P.K. Runkles-Pearson '98 was elected as chair of the Oregon Law Commission in September. Runkles-Pearson is a partner at the Miller Nash law firm in its Portland, Ore. office. She is the second chair of the Commission since its founding in in 1997. 
Rebecca Weaver '98, who is an English professor on Perimeter College's Clarkston (Ga.,) Campus, has been named the first recipient of the Portnoy Prize for Outstanding Honors Faculty.

Dorota Haber-Lehigh ’97, MAT ’98 is a Seaside, Ore. resident, local artist and illustrator who recently taught a bird drawing class at the Seaside Library. She has self-published two coloring books
Timm, who served as the Boxers' Sports Information Director from 1999-2015, received one of the highest honors presented by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Chamberlain was named one of two Rising Stars within the profession.
