Santiago Perez Aud '22
Santiago Perez AuD '22 earned a $3,000 scholarship from CaptionCall, a company which makes phones for people with hearing loss with real-time speech transcription. A third-year graduate student, his research focuses on health disparities related to diabetes and hearing loss, especially among diverse populations.
The Staff Senate has collaborated with CGE to offer Fall LGBTQIA+ Staff Workshops for November and December. These workshops will be facilitated by Joey Grafton (he/him), CGE co-chair, and are designed to be small, individualized workshops for Pacific staff. Schedule a workshop today!

The Recovery Challenge Grant from the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife funds work by Pacific University Professor Dr. Rich Van Buskirk and partners at the Woodland Park Zoo in Washington and Washington State University.
