Did You Apply to Graduate? All students must apply to graduate, even if they don't plan to walk in the May commencement ceremony.
It will cost more to mail letters, postcards, legal-size envelopes and packages. The new year brings price increases for postage and shipping with the U.S. Postal Service. Some increases are already in effect, while others start on Jan. 21.
