Pacific University adopted a Floating Holiday Award for commencement event staff to recognize the additional duties and contributions of exempt staff when assisting with the May and August commencement ceremonies for our graduates. Salary-exempt staff who work at the May Commencement will be assigned commencement floating holiday hours to be used through April 30, 2025.

A reminder that payroll checks are valid for 180 days. If you receive a live check from Paycom or the payroll department, please cash the check as soon as possible. 
The 2023 W-2 contains additional tax information for your reference in Box 14. View a list of reported items with a brief description. 
It's that time of year again. End-of-year tax reporting information for 2023 will be available to employees on or before Jan. 31 on Paycom. Bilingual instructions provided.
With winter break coming up, the deadline for December payroll forms is earlier. The deadline to submit personnel action and supplemental pay request forms is now Dec. 8.

For tier I and II benefit-eligible employees, who have completed one year of continuous employment at Pacific, the undergraduate tuition exchange application period is open through Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, for the upcoming academic year.
Open enrollment 2024 is underway. Benefit-eligible employees will be able to make desired changes to their current benefits within the Paycom HRIS system through Nov. 20.
It's time for employees to update and verify your current mailing address in Paycom prior to the end of November so that W-2s can be mailed to the correct address.
