That’s Not What I Learned in School: What Successful Practitioners Do Differently

That’s Not What I Learned in School: What Successful Practitioners Do Differently

October 1, 2016 | Saturday | 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

222 SE 8th Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123

Did you learn that floss is the magic elixir preventing everything from cavities to bone loss? Or perhaps you are still providing ‘routine care’ – such as prophys, fluoride treatments, and radiographs. While education provides the foundation, it depreciates over time as new research, therapies, and treatments emerge. This 3 hour continuing education course will empower you to adopt new evidence-based strategies for everyday patient care.

Presenter Carol Jahn, RDH, MS is the Director of Professional Relations and Education for Water Pik. She has presented over 200 courses in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. She has published more than 75  papers and contributed to 6 textbooks including the 10th and 11th editions of Clinical Periodontology.
