Families & Support Systems | Orientation
Welcome to the Boxer Family.
You have been an integral part of assisting your incoming student(s) as they have navigated their way to becoming a Boxer. Whether it is your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, spouse, or friend, sending them off to college is a big transition for all of you. Our goal in Orientation is to assist you through the beginning stages of this transition.
In order to keep our students safe and avoid the spread of COVID-19, Pacific is limiting the number of people on campus. All family and support system orientations will be delivered online this year.

Helping your student move in?
- Students are allowed 2 adult helpers to assist with moving in to the residence halls.
- We are providing optional 1-hour presentations during the August 15-30 time frame. These presentations are provided on on a rolling basis according to when your student's check-in time is scheduled.
- Once you have moved your student into their residence hall and attended a presentation, please say your goodbyes and avoid returning to campus.
We understand this is not the way you had anticipated getting your student settled.
We are committed to providing the best overall experience and safety procedures for all our students and family and support systems during a very intense time.
