Welcome home to Pacific University's Residence Halls. Ready to move in?
Housing assignments will be sent via e-mail by the end of the day on July 17.
Sign-up for a Move-in Time Slot
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Pacific University's housing move-in process will be on a rolling schedule and staggered over eight days from August 23 through 30.
- You will be required to sign up for a 2-hour move in time slot. Sign-ups are available now.
- It is essential that you arrive on your designated date and during the established timeframe that you sign-up for. If you miss the designated check-in hour(s), staff members may not be available to assist you until another open time block is available.
- If any of the available move-in dates or times do not work for you, due to extenuating circumstances, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
Your Move-in Day
Once you've checked in and received your welcome kit, you will be directed to your individual residence hall with specific directions. Use your 2-hour time slot to move into your residence hall and room.
Each student will be able to bring up to 2 adults who are able to help move their student’s belongings to their rooms. Discounted rates are available at local hotels. Additional moving helpers won’t be available this year.
Living in the Residence Halls
During Orientation, make sure to attend your residence hall meeting (via zoom and will be listed in the Orientation moodle class) and meet your roommate.
