Every Monday at 2 p.m. Every Thursday at 10 a.m.

Taking conscious breaks can improve your overall well-being and productivity. These employee wellness mini-sessions are structured to allow employees to attend more easily with set transitions at 5, 10, 15, and 30 minute increments. Drop-in every Monday at 2 p.m. and/or every Thursday at 10 a.m. to get a quick tip, participate in a stress reduction exercise and/or chat about wellness topics that interest you.  

Take 5. Take 10. Take 15. Take 30. Or watch/listen on-demand - anywhere, anytime. The choice is yours.

Thursday Format:
10:00-10:05: Stress reduction, relaxation, wellness or productivity tip/technique
10:05-10:15: Guided relaxation, visualization and/or breathing exercise
10:15-10:30: Open wellness discussion for participants

Sessions will take place via Zoom. The first 15 minutes will be recorded for on-demand access. To gain on-demand access, visit the Employee Wellness webpage after Tuesday, Sept. 29. Please register to get the Zoom link and updates about this event.
