The Mindful Coping three-session workshop series focuses on using mindfulness exercises to enhance flexibility and develop insights about how you respond to distress. In-session writing reflections help you to get a better sense of your personal values and how you want to focus your energy in life.  

This three-session workshop will take place on Zoom from 4 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, April 11, 18, and 25 and please plan to attend all three sessions. Click below to register!
