The Mindful Coping three-session workshop series focuses on using mindfulness exercises to enhance flexibility and develop insights about how you respond to distress. In-session writing reflections help you to get a better sense of your personal values and how you want to focus your energy in life. 

All undergraduate and graduate/professional students welcome.

Offered in a live online format from 1 to 2 p.m. Fridays, Oct. 14, 21 and 28; plan to attend all three sessions.
