The Student Counseling Center offers Mindful Coping groups throughout the semester. The three-week series will help you to build skills, enhance flexibility, and develop insights about how you respond to distress in life and to get a better sense of your personal values and how you want to focus your energy. This series runs on Nov. 8, Nov. 15 and Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m at the Forest Grove Student Counseling Center.
