The Mindful Coping three-session workshop series focuses on using mindfulness exercises to enhance flexibility and develop insights about how you respond to distress. In-session writing reflections help you to get a better sense of your personal values and how you want to focus your energy in life. 

All students welcome. Offered in an interactive format online Tuesdays, 5 to 6:15 p.m., Sept. 20, 27, and Oct. 4; plan to attend all three sessions.
