Single Session Workshop!  Via Zoom on Oct. 25 at 5 p.m.  Zoom details will be sent the week before the workshop, register below!

The Mindful Coping Workshop aims to increase awareness of our mind and body, gain understanding of our experiences, and help us move our lives in a more fulfilling direction. We will use experiential exercises, conceptual tools of mindfulness, and journaling throughout the session to help provide a variety of tools for you to cope with life stress. 

A Zoom session is also available on Nov. 29 (both Zoom sessions run from 5 to 6:30 p.m). Use the same registration link for future sessions.
