Learn how to apply first aid and CPR skills in the backcountry in a Wilderness First Aid certification course. Participants will gain first-hand experience in responding to medical, environmental, and traumatic emergencies in the outdoors while also earning a CPR certification. The course runs all day from May 18 to May 19.

This two-part hybrid WFA course separates the lecture and practical skills of a standard WFA course into two separate parts. Part 1 is taught completely online via a dedicated course website. Part 2 is a three-day long practical session which focuses on skill labs, simulations and case study reviews. Participants must complete both parts within a year to receive certification.
