Center for Peace And Spirituality Co-Sponsors Rohingya Rally

The Pacific University Center for Peace and Spirituality co-sponsored a downtown Portland rally over the weekend to draw attention to “the persecution of the Rohingya people in the Southeast Asian country of Myanmar, also known as Burma.”

Alumna Takes On Public Health Challenges

After working as a dental hygienist in a federal women's prison and then as a special assistant to former U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, Jessica Scruggs ’09 is now operations director for Murthy's nonprofit startup focused on promoting emotional health.
