The Pacesetters Scholarship Competition is an opportunity for academically talented high school students to earn up to $20,000 ($5,000 per year for all four years) in additional scholarship money by demonstrating their exceptional abilities with Pacific's faculty members.
In order to attend this event, students must apply and be admitted to Pacific Univeristy Oregon.
If you take the exam and are admitted, you are guaranteed between $2,000 and $5,000 in annual Pacesetters scholarships in addition to previously awarded merit scholarships. Our two highest scoring Pacesetters competitors will receive a full-tuition scholarship for all four years. NOTE: Students can only take the Scholarship exam once.
At this event, students and family members will have the opportunity to ask a student panel questions about life at Pacific, go to academic sessions, eat lunch with current students and faculty members and attend a 40+ table resource fair. While students are testing, parents and family members will sit in on a Residence Life presentation, a Advising presentation and a Financial Aid presentation. This event is an opportunity to get a deeper look at Pacific and to get all your questions answered about our great university.
