The Pacific University Libraries are piloting a new purchase-on-demand service. Current Pacific University faculty, staff, and students may request the purchase of any book or media item. The cost of each request may not exceed $100 (USD), and it must be an item the libraries do not already own.
To place a request, please complete the form below. If your requested item is available for purchase, costs $100 or less, and is not currently owned by the Libraries, it will be ordered. When the item is received, it will be placed on hold for you or delivered to you at your campus of choice and you will receive a notification. (If for any reason we are unable to purchase your requested item, you will be notified).
In a hurry? Items requested for purchase may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. You can request items from 37 other academic libraries in the Northwest through the Summit catalog; delivery usually takes 4-5 business days. Remember to sign in when searching the Libraries catalog, and look for the "Request from Summit" option under "Availability and Request Options."
