Please utilize these resources as you navigate the changes associated with the COVID-19 response. Explore our list of helpful apps or utilize the COVID Coach app developed by the VA for everyone. If you are seeking mental health care in your home community, we have put together a guide for using your insurance to find a counselor (pdf). We welcome any Pacific University student, staff, or faculty to contact us for additional support.
In addition, the Safe + Strong Helpline at 1-800-923-HELP (4357), provided by Lines4Life in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority, is a 24/7 emotional support and resource referral line that can assist anyone who is struggling and seeking support; callers do not need to be in a crisis to contact this line and language interpreters are available.

- The Student Counseling Center's Mindful Coping Practice Series guides you through mindfulness exercises to enhance flexibility and develop insights about how you respond to distress. Engage in writing reflections with the Student Workbook to get a better sense of your personal values and how you want to focus your energy in life. Start with a brief Overview and then view each 20-30 minute session: Session One, Session Two, and Session Three.
