Nominate an Individual for the University Service Award

The recipient of the University Service Award has contributed to Pacific University by providing a substantial amount of time and/or support, which benefits the university beyond that normally expected of a board member, administrator, staff member, or other friend of the University. This award is designed for a person who is not a member of the faculty of Pacific University, but should be someone who has evidenced a sincere and long-time interest in Pacific.

Nominations for the 2021 Awards must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2022.

Nomination Criteria

Nominations must be no more than one single-spaced page. Nominators should prepare a letter that illustrates specific examples of the nominee’s accomplishments.  

Statements of Support

We recommend nominators collect up to three letters of support from other colleagues and members of the Pacific community to strengthen their nomination. Letters should be no longer than one page, single-spaced.
