Nominate a Recipient for the Community Service Award

The recipient of the Community Service Award is person, family, or organization not officially associated with the university. The award should be given in recognition of a specific contribution, financial or otherwise, which advances the cultural and/or educational development of Pacific or the City of Forest Grove.

Nominations for the 2021 Awards must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2022.

Nomination Criteria

Nominations must be no more than two single - spaced pages.  Nominators should prepare a letter that provides specific examples of the nominee’s accomplishments.

Statements of Support

We recommend nominators collect up to three letters of support from other colleagues and members of the Pacific community to strengthen their nomination. Letters should be no longer than one page, single-spaced.
