Nominate an Individual for the Harvey Clark Award

The recipient of the Harvey Clark Award  is an individual who has demonstrated leadership and vision concerning private higher education in general, and for Pacific University in particular. The recipient of this award will have: 1) demonstrated leadership and vision concerning private higher education at the national, state, or local level; and 2) provided exceptional contributions to private higher education through educational/political statesmanship, outstanding service related to the support of private higher education and/or Pacific University, and involvement in monetary support of the goals of private higher education and/or Pacific University.

Nominations for the 2021 Awards must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2022.

Nomination Criteria

Nominations must be no more than two single - spaced pages.  Nominators should prepare a letter that provides specific examples of the nominee’s accomplishments.

Statements of Support

We recommend nominators collect up to three letters of support from other colleagues and members of the Pacific community to strengthen their nomination. Letters should be no longer than one page, single-spaced.
