Voyages Registration

Registration for Voyages 2020 is live. Sign-up early before space fills up!


COVID-19 Policy: (4/13/20, updated 7/9/20)

Due to COVID-19, we have limited the the number of individuals allowed to participate in Voyages and at this time all trips are currently full. However, we highly encourage you to continue registering for Voyages as spots are expected to become available as folks make Fall plans.

**Registered Participants**: Please review the document Voyage Participant COVID-19 Risks and Responsibilities 

The Voyages team is committed to following local, state, and federal guidelines. In the event that Voyages is rescheduled for a later Fall date, any charges made to student accounts will be fully transferable to the new date. IF rescheduled, it is likely that trip-lengths will run sometime during September or October and be shortened to three days. Students will receive a pro-rated refund for shortened trips. In the event that Voyages is canceled due to COVID-19, any charges made to your student account will receive a full refund (student accounts will not be charged for Voyage participation until early September).

Thank you for your excitement in Voyages and your patience as the timeline becomes clearer. The Voyages team will notify registrants about any changes, rescheduling, or cancellations that may occur.

Participants who drop-out from rescheduled Voyage trips 30 days or less will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you drop-out more than 30 days in advance, a full refund will be provided. Please email us if you have any questions regarding this policy. Original "participant cancelation fees" apply to Voyage trips that run as planned in August* 

Note: Your student account will not be charged cancellation fees for any cancellation resulting from COVID-19.


Receive $100 off regular trip costs if you register before June 1. 

Trip Cost: $375 if registered prior to 6/1; normal trip cost is $475. All costs will be automatically charged to your student account in early September.

Follow the steps below to complete your registration for Voyages:

  1. Read the Terms and Conditions concerning your Medical History, Informed Consent, and Registration Agreement.
  2. Click the link for the Voyages Registration below- this will take you to an easy-to-fill-out online form
  3. Next click the link for the Voyages Medical & Gear Rental Form below. Even if you are not planning on renting anything from the Outdoor Pursuits and Voyages program or bringing your own gear, please fill out this form. 
  4. Once complete, check your inbox for emails from our Voyages email voyages@groups.pacificu.edu with more information.

*Participant Cancellation Fee: Students who drop from Voyages past July 17 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and students who drop past August 14 will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Note: Your student account will not be charged cancellation fees for any cancellation resulting from COVID-19.
