Voyages Registration

Registration for Voyages 2023 is now closed. We look forward to seeing participants in August!

All Voyages trips (5 days, 4 nights) cost $475 per participant. A $25 deposit will be collected upon registration. The remaining cost ($450) will be charged to your student account in early September after participation. Please visit our Financial Discount page or call us to see if you qualify for a FREE Voyage.

Cancelation Fee: Registered participants who drop from Voyages after July 14 will be charged a $50 cancelation fee, and those who drop after August 11 will be charged a $150 cancelation fee to their student account. No-shows will be charged in full. 

Note: Due to an increase in wildfire activity in the Northwest, Voyage trip itineraries may be rerouted, changed, or canceled with little advance notice. Thank you for being flexible and understanding as we assess the dynamic nature of weather events in the Northwest leading up to your Voyage.  

Attention: Voyages headquarters (the Milky Way building) is being remodeled and unanticipated delays in construction are affecting our ability to operate at full capacity. In result, we are offering a limited number of Voyage trips in 2023.

When Voyage registration reaches capacity, we still encourage you to sign-up and you'll be placed on a waitlist. You will be contacted throughout the summer if space becomes available.

Follow the steps below to complete your registration for Voyages:

  1. Click the link for the Voyages Registration below - this will take you to an easy-to-fill-out online form
  2. Next click the link for the Voyages Medical & Gear Rental Form below. Even if you are not planning on renting gear from the Voyages program or bringing your own gear, please complete this form. 
  3. Once complete, await future communications from Voyage coordinators (voyages@groups.pacificu.edu) with more information. A detailed information packet (including trip placement information) will be communicated to you in mid-June! Please email us if you have additional questions.
