Sustainability

Minor

Craft a course of study in the environmental field to build your understanding of the components of sustainability.

Enhance your primary field of study with environmental knowledge. Study the three interconnected points of the sustainability development triangle — social issues, economy and ecology — and transform your knowledge into action with a civic-engagement project.

After Pacific | Students who minor in sustainability are prepared to put their knowledge to work in any field. They may work in the government or nonprofit sectors, as urban planners or consultants, for instance. Or they may work in the corporate sector on “green initiatives.” Our graduates work in a variety of settings, from healthcare to policymaking.
