If you would like to request a program for your group or class, please submit the program request form ( see below) at least two weeks prior to the event.

You can submit it via email ( ). A member of the wellness staff will contact you once the request is received.

Programs can cover a wide range of wellness topics, including:

  • Substance Abuse and Misuse
  • Stress Management
  • Study Skills
  • Adjusting to college
