The Pacific University College of Arts & Sciences offers a suite of undergraduate programs in the liberal arts and sciences, as well as pre-professional tracks. The academic curriculum is complemented with a multitude of opportunities for hands-on learning, including study abroad courses, civic engagement and volunteer opportunities, and research alongside professors.

Our students thrive in an environment rich with diversity and are active participants in many of our centers, including the Center for a Sustainable Society and the Center for Peace and Spirituality. A large percent of our undergraduate students also enjoy participation in athletics. The undergraduate experience is personal, life changing, and creates a pathway to graduate school, careers and life.

Academic support is plentiful and includes resources such as the Advising Center as well as Tutoring and Learning Center.

Every program within the College of Arts & Sciences provides a rich combination of broad and deep learning that prepares students for any path they may choose, from graduate school to a wealth of careers in law, medicine, business, the arts, community service and more.

In addition to a suite of undergraduate programs, the Pacific University College of Arts & Sciences offers graduate programs: a low-residency Master of Fine Arts in Writing Program, online Master of Nonprofit Leadership Program, and a Master of Social Work Program.
