Applicants for the proposed Doctor of Audiology program at Pacific University will use a centralized application service, CSDCAS. By utilizing a centralized application service, prospective students will create one primary application that can be sent to multiple participating Doctor of Audiology programs. More information can be found online at the CSDCAS Application Portal.
For Fall 2013 entry, the CSDCAS Application will be available September 13, 2012.
Please note that Pacific University School of Audiology also requires a supplemental application in addition to the universal CSDCAS application.
The Admissions Committee at Pacific University greatly values the information provided within the supplemental application. Your essay responses provide us with the opportunity to get to know you, and determine your potential fit with our program.
Your application for admission to Pacific University School of Audiology will not be moved forward for review by the Admissions Committee until the CSDCAS application and Pacific University Supplemental Application have been received.
We do not require the GRE or MCAT for admission.
