School of Audiology - How to Apply
Two-Part Application Process
A complete and verified CSDCAS Application and a completed Pacific University Supplemental Application, with all supporting documents, are required to apply to the program.
Please note: You must use Adobe Reader to fill out the worksheet electronically. If you do not have the software it is available for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
The Pacific University Supplemental Application must be post-marked by the final application deadline, February 1, 2014. Note that it can take 4-6 weeks to receive the application and supporting documents from CSDCAS. Submit your letters of reference and transcripts to CSDCAS early! Your CSDCAS application needs to be e-submitted to CSDCAS (not to Pacific University) by February 1, 2014, in order to meet the final application deadline. Pacific University assumes no responsibility for materials not received by CSDCAS, so it is important to check your CSDCAS account regularly to ensure that application items are received in a timely manner.
Applicants for the Doctor of Audiology (AuD) program at Pacific University will use the Communication Sciences and Disorders Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS). By utilizing CSDCAS, prospective students will create one primary application that can easily be sent electronically to Pacific University’s School of Audiology as a participating AuD program. More information can be found online at the CSDCAS Application Portal.
For Fall 2014 entry, the CSDCAS Application will be available September 18, 2013.
Please note that Pacific University School of Audiology also requires a supplemental application in addition to the universal CSDCAS application. The Audiology Admissions Committee greatly values the information provided within the supplemental application. Your essay responses provide us with the opportunity to get to know you, and determine your potential fit with our program.
Your application for admission to Pacific University School of Audiology will not be moved forward for review by the Audiology Admissions Committee until the CSDCAS application and Pacific University Supplemental Application have been received.
We do not require the GRE for admission.
Completed supplemental applications and application fee can be mailed to:
