Latina Guest Poets to Read Original Poetry

The students of the CGE Adelante Mujeres Bridge Program will share samples of their work with the community.

Adelante Mujeres is an organization that provides academic and skills education for low-income Latina women in the Forest Grove/Cornelius area. The Pacific University Center for Gender Equity has partnered with Adelante Mujeres in offering a Spanish literature class on campus under the direction of Mariana Valenzuela.

Join us in congratulating students from the Adelante Mujeres Bridge Program as they read from their original works and receive a certificate of completion in recognition of their achievement.
