Looking to explore and expand your knowledge about drinking and Blood Alcohol Content (BAC)?  Try out the Virtual Bar, which lets you create different scenarios and provides real-time feedback about the impact of different choices around alcohol.  This resource seeks to educate students about the impacts of alcohol use, contextual factors, and making safer choices if using substances.

SMART Recovery is a free community available to students, staff, and faculty. If you want to address any addiction or harmful habit, find a meeting through the SMART Meetings directory (local and online groups available).

Alcoholics Anonymous participation is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking. A.A.’s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety. Find local and online meetings HERE.

Rethinking Drinking is a webpage provided by the NIAAA (National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism) to give user-friendly information about alcohol, its effects, and how to reduce drinking. 

Quitnet is a free online tobacco cessation website that provides customized support, information and guidance for its members who are quitting tobacco.
