Volunteer Opportunities for Outdoor Science School

NW Regional Educational Service District Outdoor Science School Program is seeking volunteers for 6th grade science camps in local areas. Great for students interested in education, science, or any student wishing to gain volunteer experience!

Gain outstanding leadership experience while also gaining volunteer hours and mentoring young, aspiring individuals! 


NW Outdoor Science School is seeking college students from all disciplines to assist in the education and engagement of 6th graders through Spring and Fall overnight camps in the Willamette Valley and Oregon Coast. 

In addition to gaining volunteer experience, volunteers can also achieve up to 90 service hours, and 2 education credits through Portland Community College. To the right student, this project could also act as a component to civic engagement and service learning projects.
