These trainings are mandatory for supervisors who handle employee onboarding and I-9 verifications in your department. You will only need to sign up for one training. If you have attended an I-9 training in person or via zoom, you do not need to sign up for the January training.

Pacific's Staff Senate is sponsoring a hot breakfast at the All-Staff Meeting on Wed., January 28. Join your colleagues and arrive any time after 8:30 a.m. for breakfast. The meeting starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in person on the Hillsboro and Forest Grove campuses and on Zoom. Registration for breakfast is required.

We are announcing a significant change regarding the compensation structure for individuals who currently serve the company in a dual capacity: as both employee and independent contractor for specific, additional projects.
Effective July 1, 2025, all work performed for Pacific University by an individual who is also a W-2 employee will be compensated solely through the payroll system as employee wages.
