If you receive a bill or are asked for payment at the doctor's office, review the bill carefully to ensure it does not include 2025 charges. If the bill includes 2025 dates of service, do not pay them with your Nonstop Visa card. Instead, submit them to Nonstop via their claims process.

With 2025 coming to a close, the Business Office is preparing your 1098T Tax Forms. Unless you have selected the digital option, the document will be mailed to the address we have on file and it is important your address is up to date so your tax documents can get to you on time.
Mail Services will be closed December 23rd - January 1st, with limited pickup and delivery hours on December 29th and 31st.
The University Center will have modified access and services from December 13 through January 1. Please review building access, dining, and mailroom hours below.
As of 12/10/25 the student health insurance waiver portal for Spring 2025 is open until 01/13/26! If you already filled out the waiver in Fall and the charge was removed, then you do not need to waive again. This waiver only applies to students actively being billed for medical insurance in the Spring.

Effective January 1, 2026, the Oregon Legislature passed House Bill 3991, which doubles the employee-paid statewide transit tax on employee wages.
