Brent (he/him/his) holds a masters in sport and performance psychology from the University of Denver and is currently a student clinician at Pacific University. He comes from an ACT perspective that focuses on values exploration, mindfulness practice and interacting with internal experiences (such as thoughts and emotions) in flexible ways. He enjoys working with young adults in exploring identity (cultural, gender, etc), stress due to being a young adult and other related issues. He has experience working with depression/anxiety and trauma. His ultimate goal is to help provide the client with tools to help them live a rich and meaningful life.
