Heidi Khokhar

For more than 23 years, Heidi has worked alongside rural leaders to support their priorities. She has been responsible for the development and implementation of RDI’s nationally-known Rural Community Leadership Program, including a 600-person rural volunteer training corps. She launched the WealthWorks Northwest initiative to introduce a comprehensive approach to economy building to the Pacific Northwest, and most recently led a nationwide project supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to understand trends in rural leadership development called RuraLead.

Heidi has a degree in Planning, Public Policy & Management from the University of Oregon, and is a certified MBTI provider.
