Dr. Garber has a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an EdM and MA in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College Columbia University in New York. She specializes in social justice counseling, multicultural and equity related issues, identity development, adoption, and working with college and emerging adult populations. She is heavily invested in the training, supervision, and education of counselors and psychologists.
