Kate is a doctoral student, on the adult/generalist track, at Pacific University's School of Graduate Psychology in Hillsboro, OR. Kate's general approach to therapy is Acceptance and Commitment therapy, but she also utilizes interventions from many different theoretical orientations. Her main focus in therapy is working with individuals to find better ways to handle distressing symptoms and enrich their lives. She enjoys and is willing to work with individuals with a wide variety of concerns. In her free time, Kate likes to listen to live music, go hiking, and spend time with family and friends.
