  • Counseling, mentoring and promoting wellbeing and academic/career persistence of minoritized (women, BIPOC, queer, gender-expansive, neurodiverse, international/immigrant, DREAMer and first-generation) students in higher education
  • Immigrant and South Asian/Asian American identity, mental health and belongingness
  • Developmental and cultural origins (and effective management) of perfectionism, self-criticism, guilt and shame
