Apply Now for a Subject Area Endorsement Program

Subject area endorsements are for currently licensed educators looking to add an endorsement to their Oregon Preliminary or Professional Teaching License.

Candidates may not register for the practicum requirement until testing and coursework requirements are fulfilled. In some circumstances, conditional assignments or previous licensed work experience may replace the practicum requirement. Permission of adviser is required to waive the practicum.

It is highly recommended that you pass the NES test before starting your coursework. You can select Pacific University in the NES system to ensure we can access the score. Please note: Pacific cannot submit a program completion report to TSPC to have the endorsement added until we have the passing score.
