Given the demands of healthcare reform, marketplace changes, the increasing complexity of the profession and challenges facing healthcare leaders, the School of Healthcare Administration and Leadership (HAL) provides academic programming that supports the individual professional growth needed to develop highly-trained healthcare leaders. The school was created in spring 2013 to incorporate the following professional programs already in existence within the College of Health Professions.
