The Master of Nonprofit Leadership program presents a series on "The Critical Perspectives on Nonprofit Leadership", which explores relevant challenges and opportunities that are important for the success of nonprofit leaders, organizations and communities. Guest speakers focus on a specific topic of their expertise to inspire and encourage nonprofit excellence.
Join Paul Dann, executive director of NFI North, for an exploration of strategies to advance leadership development. This introductory talk provides participants with a framework for understanding their own leadership development journey as well as the importance developing a shared journey at the team and organizational level. To understand and cultivate effective leadership, organizations need a full appreciation of the dynamic and multi-leveled nature of the leadership development process.
This series is part of the master of nonprofit leadership academic experience for students and is open to our partner members, Pacific staff and students, and invited guests. Guest speakers represent current and developing trends in nonprofit leadership and organizations. The series is part of the master of nonprofit leadership virtual residency and may also be offered throughout the program.
