The Staff Excellence Committee seeks to create a culture that empowers, advances, and supports everyone's ability to thrive as staff at Pacific University—because of who we are. (Please note that empower, thrive, and advance are the three categories of our Strategic Plan and we felt it was important to connect this work with the university's guiding document through 2030.)

These sessions are designed to gather constructive ideas and forward-thinking suggestions from staff on how to improve workplace practices, systems, and culture through questions asked of the group to promote discussions and idea-sharing. 

A 10-question survey has been designed around four topics (Training and Development, Working Smarter, Culture & Accountability, and Work-Life Well Being). Feel free to submit your responses to the survey and/or view the questions in advance of the listening session.
